Spectacular Lyrics
As mentioned at the last music evening, one of the themes will be LYRIC VIDEO.
Interestingly enough, this is a music video where the song lyrics are shown in the video. 😝
But here’s the catch. I’m not looking for a music video with common old standard boring text. Your assignment, should you chose to accept it, is to find the truly spectacular in lyric videos.
Be prepared for me to let you know it’s not spectacular enough, and send you back to the drawing board.
You’ve got three weeks and a bit to do this, not because it’s difficult, but because there are thousands of great choices.

Lord Alfred Tennyson wrote a well-known poem titled ‘Locksley Hall’. One sentence from this poem is often quoted this time of year:
“In the Spring a young man’s fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love”. Spring is associated with love, and so it’s a good time to test your music finding skills on songs of romance.
The second theme for our music evening is “Romance”. Any song, any genre, any country, any age, vocal or instrumental.
